Monday, November 15 Despicable Me

4:30pm @ Arlington Cinema & Drafthouse

Despicable Me is showing at Arlington Drafthouse, and it’s only $1.00!  The Arlington Cinema ‘N’ Drafthouse is in an historic 1930’s Art Deco Theater that has been converted into a fun restaurant/theater.  With comfortable chairs and table-side service, the full menu is available in the theater.  Every seat has access to a table or counter inside the theater. The kids’ menu includes chicken fingers, pizza, and hamburgers, and are all around $5.  Doors Open 4:00.

Thursday, November 18 Culture Kids: Preschooler Series: Kings & Queens

10:30am – 11:15am @ Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens, Washington, DC

Play in the world of kings and queens- get ready for a royal ball, find hidden treasure, and take part in a special feast.  You will get the chance to explore a different mansion room, complete an art project, and sing songs.  For ages 2–5 with one accompanying adult.

Friday, November 19 Master Storyteller Odds Bodkin

7:00pm @ Kenmore Middle School, Arlington, VA

Odds Bodkin, an amazing storyteller extraordinaire, will be keeping both kids and adults enthralles with stories from around the world. An amazing musician, Odds also plays his electric guitar and harp music, and keeps the beat with many percussive instruments.
