Monday, December 6 Santa Railway Express

1pm @ King Street VRE Train Station, Alexandria

Take a ride on the Santa train!  There will be Storytelling by Hooray 4 Books, goody bags, caroling booklets, and refreshments.  The train leaves King St station and heads to Old Town Manassas Station.  After a short break in Manassas, the train will return to King St.  Tickets are $25 a person, and are available at Whistle Stop Hobbies in Old Town.

Tuesday, December 7  Ice Skating

12pm- 10pm @ Pentagon Row, Arlington

Go ice skating with kids of all ages!  There are 5-gallon buckets to turn upside down for  young kids learning how to skate, and helmets are also available!

Wednesday, December 8  Wild Ones: Snow Globes

4pm – 5pm @ Long Branch Nature Center, Arlington

A fun class dedicated to snow!  Learn about the properties of water, how snow forms, and kids get to make their own snow globes.  For more information: 703-228-6535.  There is a $5 fee, and is for ages 6 – 10.  Program #622920-C
