Kids can find out how snow crystals grow into snowflakes, and will get the chance to grow their own. Ages 3 – 6  Cost is $5 for in county children, and $7 for out of county.

Tuesday, January 4 Watch Capitals Practice

10am @ Kettler Capitals Iceplex, Arlington

The Washington Capitals practice at the Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington (above Ballston Mall). Practice sessions are open to the public and free of charge.  It is a great place to bring the kids for their first hockey experience without the cost.

Friday, January 7 Night at the Wax Museum, The Musical

7:30pm @ The Thomas Jefferson Community Theatre, Arlington

A musical where kids will laugh and learn about history.  Recommended for children ages 4 and older.  Adults are $10.00, and kids and students are $8.
