Tuesday, February 8th  Wake Up, Brother Bear!


10:30am & 11:45am @ Artisphere, Arlington

A performance for the very young (ages 12 months to 5 years).  There will be music, beautiful puppets, and props, which will introduce the kids to an underwater world with a giant jelly fish; a grassy patch where sheep love to graze; and to a garden where lemons create the sun.  Along the way, every child will have a chance to get involved.  Tickets are $10, and all audience members require a ticket, regardless of age.  Tuesday – Saturday (8th – 12th)

Wednesday, February 9th    Chinese New Year


4pm @ Long Branch Nature Center, Arlington

Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit at Long Branch, and learn why the rabbit is going to have a great year!  Must register, and cost is $3.  For ages 4 and up.

Thursday, February 10th    The U.S. Army Ceremonial Band in Concert


7:30pm @ Kenmore Middle School, Arlington

Hear the symphonies of Winds by Sousa, Stravinsky, and Von Suppe, as well as music from some of today’s most popular video games.  No tickets required.

Friday, February 11th    Children’s and Maternity Consignment Sale


3:30pm – 6pm @ My Gym, Alexandria

Join 529.Kids.Consign for an afternoon of shopping at My Gym in Alexandria.  There will be gently used and brand new designer children’s and maternity clothing for purchase.  Children are welcome to come and play!
